We foster strong relationships with our customers. Our Customer Care reps are assigned specific regions of responsibility so we get to know you and promptly meet your needs. Quality processes and procedures are essential in making sure we continual meet quality standards for our products. We’re proud that WillowWood has achieved ISO 13485: 2016 certification for our Quality Management System as recognized by DNV.
WillowWood has ongoing philanthropic efforts and a history of responding to large-scale needs following traumatic events with product donations or employee-driven support efforts. We’ve participated in the relief efforts following earthquakes, tsunamis, flooding and other natural disasters. Additionally, WillowWood regularly assists clinicians with individual pro bono cases and prosthetic mission trips.
