Steps for Use

Customer Number

Please enter your customer number including any leading zeroes. Once you enter it twice, please complete the Captcha.

Required Fields

Please complete all options that are listed as required fields.

These include:

Customer Name
Phone Number
Email
Payment Amount

Payment Type

Select a Payment Type from the “Select Option and Complete Entry Box” dropdown options below:

Invoice – Single Invoice Number
Invoice(s) – Multiple Invoice Numbers, separated by commas
Statement – Statement Date

Invoice Number(s)

Click the notepad to enter the invoice number(s) or statement date that you would like to pay.

Payment Method

Select your payment option and follow onscreen instructions/fill out all required fields to use your bank account for ACH payments or credit card\debit card.

Payment Verification

Verify all your information is correct, make sure checkbox is checked and click Make Payment.

Confirmation Page/Enrollment Option

On the payment confirmation page, click “Enroll With Your Current Information” to create an account for faster future payments.

Confirmation Email

You will receive a Payment Confirmation Email within a couple minutes following your payment.

Is there a fee for using E-Bill Express?

There is no added fee for payments through E-Bill Express. No paying for stamps, no writing checks, completely free.

Can I still pay my invoices the old fashioned way?

Yes. This is an optional service meant to provide a quick and easy way to pay online.

Is it paying through E-Bill Express safe?

Yes, paying through WillowWood’s E-Bill Express is completely secure. We use advanced encryption and industry-standard security measures to protect your payment information, ensuring your transactions are safe and information confidential.
